Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking a Legionella Risk Assessor in London to undertake Legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold systems, with strong ACOP L8 compliance. You will write bespoke reports, advise on remedial actions, and build client relationships while travelling across the South East.

The role requires impressive Legionella industry experience, City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing, and excellent IT and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Impressive experience in the Legionella industry.
• Hold the City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• Excellent working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG guidelines.
• IT proficient with strong written skills.
• Superb client facing skills.
• Adaptable to travel.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot & cold systems per ACOP L8 guidelines.
• Completing routine water sampling and temperature monitoring.
• Undertaking work on cooling towers and process systems.
• Writing bespoke risk assessment reports, outlining found risks and recommended actions to rectify.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with clients.
• Providing recommendations and prices for remedial works, routine control measures through to quotations and carrying out such works based on the risk assessments.
