Golden Fox Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor for a home-based role covering a Midlands portfolio of council properties, schools and public-sector sites. The role focuses on delivering Legionella Risk Assessments with clear recommendations and compliant reporting.

The successful candidate will survey hot and cold water systems, identify risks, produce and update schematics, and liaise with clients.

Qualifications

• Previous Legionella Risk Assessments experience.
• City & Guilds qualification in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• Knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Based in the Midlands and willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments across a variety of sites.
• Surveying domestic hot and cold water systems.
• Identifying potential Legionella risks and areas of non-compliance.
• Producing detailed Risk Assessment reports and recommendations.
• Producing and updating water system schematics.
• Liaising directly with clients and site representatives.
• Ensuring work is completed in line with current industry guidance including ACOP L8 and HSG274.
• Managing your own diary and workload across your regional patch.

Midlands | £36,000- £38,000 DOE + Company Van & Fuel Card

Are you an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor looking for a genuinely local role without constant travelling or nights away?

I'm recruiting for an established Compliance Consultancy looking to add a Legionella Risk Assessor to their Midlands team following an internal promotion.

This is a home-based position covering an established portfolio of contracts across the Midlands, predominantly working across council properties, schools and public-sector sites.

Unlike many Risk Assessor positions, the patch is kept local - no regular nights away and no travelling all over the country.

The Role

As a Legionella Risk Assessor, you'll be responsible for managing your own workload across an established portfolio of sites, carrying out comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessments and providing clients with clear, practical recommendations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments across a variety of sites
• Surveying domestic hot and cold water systems
• Identifying potential Legionella risks and areas of non-compliance
• Producing detailed Risk Assessment reports and recommendations
• Producing and updating water system schematics

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments
• City & Guilds qualification in Legionella Risk Assessing
• Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG274
• Confident producing your own reports and recommendations
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Based within the Midlands and happy to travel regionally
