Job summary

A&O Shearman in Belfast is seeking a Legal Technology Solutions Analyst to join our Legal Technology team. You will provide technical support to our lawyers and clients, advise on suitable technologies, and help design, configure and deliver project solutions.

The role requires interest in automation, CLM, web technologies and data extraction. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the firm and external clients, perform system maintenance, and contribute to training, reports and internal

Qualifications

At least 1 year in a support role or in a legal/professional services setting.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Interest in automation, CLM, AI and web data extraction.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Experience with legal tech support is desirable.
Experience with document automation or deal management tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide legal tech support desk support via telephone, email, webchat and ticketing systems to internal lawyers and clients.
Advise on configuring systems to meet needs.
Undertake system maintenance tasks and admin to ensure effective operation of the systems.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, tech suppliers and other departments to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance.
Provide regular updates on progress to Team Leads, clients and senior management.
Assist in creating and maintaining internal know‑how and documentation.
Deliver demonstrations and training to lawyers and clients.
Support pre-project evaluations and build effort estimations.
