Job summary

A&O Shearman in Belfast is seeking a Legal Technology Solutions Analyst to support lawyers and clients with technology solutions, design and deliver automated workflows, and advise on the best tools to meet client needs.

You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, perform system maintenance, and contribute to reports and internal knowledge. A background in IT or law with an interest in tech is ideal.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a support role or legal/professional services background.
• Keen to learn new technology quickly and develop new skills.
• Interest in advanced and emerging technologies.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Experience with legal tech support desirable but not essential.
• Experience with document automation and data extraction tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal tech support desk support via phone, email, webchat and ticketing systems to internal lawyers and clients within SLAs.
• Advise on how to best use and configure systems to meet client needs.
• Undertake routine system maintenance tasks to ensure effective operation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, technology suppliers and other departments to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance.
• Provide regular updates to Team Leads, clients and senior management.
• Assist in producing and maintaining product and client reports.
• Help create and maintain internal know-how.
• Undertake other responsibilities to support project teams as needed.
