You will own the end-to-end adoption journey, from early pilots to firm-wide deployment, designing practical workflows and advocating for AI-driven improvements across practice groups and offices.

Responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner to law firms to identify value opportunities.
- Own the journey from pilots to firm-wide adoption with measurable impact.
- Design workflows around private practice realities: due diligence, drafting, regulatory advisory, transactions.
- Collaborate with partners, innovation leads, knowledge teams and engineers to drive AI adoption.
- Advocate for legal workflows in product development and roadmap planning.
- Deliver clear product demos, workshops, and training for all levels of the firm.
- Document successful approaches and help scale Legora partnerships globally.
