Job summary

A&O Shearman is seeking a Legal Technology Solutions Analyst to join its Belfast office. You will support lawyers and clients, advise on suitable technologies, and help design and deliver automated documents and workflows.

The role emphasizes automation, CLM tech, web tech, and data visualization, with collaboration across teams and external partners. A background in IT or law is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years' experience in a support position or in a legal/professional services role.
• Aptitude and willingness to learn new technology quickly and develop new skills.
• An interest in advanced and emerging technologies.
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Experience with legal tech tools desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide tech support to internal lawyers and clients via phone, email, webchat, and ticketing systems within SLAs.
• Advise on how to best use and configure systems to meet needs.
• Undertake system maintenance tasks to ensure effective operation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and suppliers to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance.
• Provide progress updates to Team Leads, clients, and senior management.
• Assist in producing client and product reports and maintain internal know-how.
• Undertake other duties supporting departments and project teams as needed.
• Contribute to pre-project evaluations and document automation effort estimations.
• Plan, design, build and test automated documents and workflows.
• Deliver demonstrations and provide training and technical support to lawyers and clients.
