Job summary

Larbey Evans Ltd is seeking a Senior Legal Technology Analyst to own key technology areas and mentor juniors within a top US law firm environment. The role offers hybrid working with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, plus exceptional employee benefits.

Key duties include troubleshooting, evaluating legal tech and AI tools, creating user content, and liaising with vendors. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in legal tech and strong knowledge of contract analysis and document automation.

Qualifications

4+ years' experience in legal technology within a law firm
Experience supporting legal software such as contract analysis and document automation
Familiarity with generative AI tools in legal workflows
Strong understanding of legal workflows and practice needs
High technical aptitude and quick learning of new systems
Experience creating user documentation or training content

Responsibilities

Independently support and troubleshoot practice technology, resolving complex issues and escalating when needed
Evaluate and test emerging legal tech, including generative AI, providing feedback and analysis
Support user training by preparing and delivering content
Monitor system usage and adoption, identifying trends to improve engagement
Stay up to date with legal tech trends through research and professional development
Liaise with vendors on support issues, feature requests and updates
