Job summary

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is a global law firm seeking an Automation & AI Analyst to join the Knowledge & Research team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will design, develop and maintain legal templates and AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with lawyers, knowledge professionals and IT to deliver practical technology across the firm.

You will work with SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Copilot Agent; ensure compliance with safety policies and contribute

Qualifications

2 years’ experience in a legal practice or professional services.
Tech mindset with ability to adapt as technology progresses.
Experience with low/no-code automation.
Solid experience with Contract Express or similar, and Microsoft 365 Power Tools.
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain automated legal templates using Contract Express.
Design, develop, support and maintain SharePoint, Power Automate (flow), Power Apps, Power BI and Copilot Agent solutions.
Support knowledge solutions in SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and AI platforms.
Comply with WHS obligations and responsibilities, including supervising and supporting team members.
