Job summary

Occupop Careers seeks an AI Process Automation Analyst to transform legal operations through process improvement and Generative AI. You will map processes, identify inefficiencies and design AI-enabled workflows that raise speed, consistency and user experience.

You will work with legal, commercial and operational stakeholders to deliver scalable automation, prompts and templates, supporting adoption with training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience mapping and redesigning processes in a business/ops setting.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, prompts and automation workflows.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

We're supporting a leading global digital business seeking an AI Process Automation Analyst to help transform and modernise legal operations through process improvement, workflow automation and Generative AI.

This role will work closely with legal, commercial and operational stakeholders to map existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design practical AI-enabled solutions that improve speed, consistency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process mapping and workflow analysis across legal operations
• Identify bottlenecks, manual activities and opportunities for automation
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business challenges into scalable solutions
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows, decision trees and automation tools
• Develop prompts, templates and process frameworks to improve operational efficiency
• Support change adoption through training, documentation and user engagement

We're Looking For

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Improvement Consultant, Automation Specialist, Legal Operations Analyst or similar
• Strong process mapping skills using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart or Miro
• Experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering and workflow automation platforms
• Ability to engage effectively with business, legal and technology stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with a track record of delivering operational improvements
• Exposure to legal processes, contract lifecycles, compliance workflows or legal operations environments
• Experience within a technology, fintech, financial services or regulated environment
• Exposure to legal technology, CLM platforms or AI-driven workflow tools
• Background in consulting, operational transformation or process redesign
