An established industry player is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PA/Secretary to join their dynamic Employment team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a PA/Secretary looking to take the next step in their career and join our growing and highly successful Employment team in Bristol.
Legal support is integral to the success of our lawyers and clients - joining as a Legal Support Assistant you will receive full training and support from our existing and highly experienced support team. You will be part of a legal support team, providing efficient and effective PA and secretarial support to a team of over 20 lawyers and HR professionals. You will support activities such as compliance, billing, email and matter management, business development activities, and credit control. You will also manage diaries including travel arrangements, expenses, meetings, and accommodation. You will build excellent working relationships with clients, work referrers, and colleagues, often being their first point of contact.
Our award-winning Employment team advises businesses and individuals on a full range of employment law and HR issues, including right to work and personal immigration.
Ideally with some legal support experience from a previous role, or administrative experience working with a professional services or similar business, you will have exceptional customer/client service skills. Upon joining the firm, full training will be provided.
As a naturally confident and outgoing individual, you will be passionate about providing an excellent level of support, whilst having a 'can-do' and helpful attitude. With a keen eye for detail, you will be eager to prove yourself in the role and to develop yourself. You will be eager to learn and understand the Firm's services and how we work with clients and support colleagues, with an ability to provide proactive support, anticipating the needs of those you are supporting and your colleagues.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to attend the office at least three times per week, so an ability to travel to our Bristol office is essential.
