Role Overview: As a Legal Secretary in our Private Client team, you'll provide crucial support in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and estate administration. You'll be part of a dynamic, Legal 500 recognised team led by 4 Partners.
Key Responsibilities: • Handle client enquiries and appointments • Prepare precedent letters and draft documents • Complete Will and LPA matters • Open files and manage paperwork • Provide secretarial support using digital dictation
Ideal Candidate: • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong teamwork and client care skills • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Empathy for elderly, vulnerable, and bereaved clients • Previous Private Client or secretarial experience is desired.
