You:
A confident and experienced senior associate who is committed to providing the best and most efficient possible service to clients, and is looking for an opportunity to help grow a team and mentor and bring the best out of junior lawyers and paralegals.
Excellent technical knowledge of and familiarity with contentious and non‑contentious insolvency and restructuring law, and a genuine enthusiasm for the practice area and how it will develop in the future.
Ability to act for a very broad range of clients including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, directors and shareholders, in addition to individuals in relation to personal insolvency.
