Overview

The Firm

Our client, a Top 10 global law firm, is seeking a Legal PA to support the Energy and Infrastructure team within their London office.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be a proactive and highly competent Legal PA who thrives in a pressurised, fast-paced environment. You will support Fee Earners with professional, client-focused assistance and build effective relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, control and fully understand the Fee Earners' diary
  • Liaise regularly with Fee Earners to identify work commitments and prioritise workloads
  • Manage travel arrangements (visa arrangements, booking travel and accommodation, arranging currency, preparing itineraries)
  • Draft correspondence, engagement letters, documents, agendas, presentations and spreadsheets
  • Support Fee Earners in marketing activities including research and obtaining client information and data, and involvement in preparation of pitches and presentations
  • Handle complex compliance and billing matters
  • Ensure expenses, receipts and contact reports are completed, uploaded and filed
  • Undertake client audits and prepare draft documentation

This Legal PA role is full-time and permanent, working Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm.

Requirements
  • Previous Legal PA/EA experience within a law firm (essential)
  • Billing, travel and diary management experience (essential)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
