Thirteen Group is seeking a Legal Practice Manager to shape the future of our in-house legal and home ownership services. You will establish systems, processes and controls to keep work flowing and support teams to perform at their best.

You will oversee workflow, performance, and external providers, using data to identify opportunities for improvement while embedding modern practice management disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational teams in a legal/regulatory environment.
• Understanding of legal workflows, case progression and performance drivers.
• Ability to use data, reporting and insight to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and allocate resources effectively.
• Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational transformation of Legal and Home Ownership services.
• Run the legal front door with clear visibility of demand, capacity and outcomes.
• Strengthen governance, controls and standards with consistent processes and self-service tools.
• Lead a team of 4 across legal operations and home ownership.
• Improve case progression and service performance to reduce bottlenecks.
