Contract & Sales Operation Specialist / Contract & Sales Operation Manager, based on experience.

This role requires Mandarin speaking skills.

My client is a global leading solar PV manufacturing company and solutions provider, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mandarin-speaking professional to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, managing contract and sales operations.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating with regional channel partners for transactions, including quotations, signing, invoicing, payments, and delivery;
  2. Supporting channel developers in communication and reception work;
  3. Ensuring the quality of regional contract business;
  4. Reconciliation and feedback of regional business data;
  5. Local administrative operations such as office leasing, decoration, expense reimbursements, vehicle leasing, procurement of supplies, utilities, network, and supplier management;
  6. Supporting local HR activities like interviews, labor contracts, onboarding, attendance, training, team building, resignations, and salary processing.

Work distribution: Contract-related work 80%, others 20%.

Requirements:

  • Legal background or experience in reviewing sales contracts is mandatory.
  • Previous sales operations experience is a strong plus.
  • HR experience is a plus but not necessary.
