Job Description:

Contract & Sales Operation Specialist / Manager, based on experience. Mandarin speaking is necessary for this role.

My client is a global leading solar PV manufacturing company and solutions provider, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mandarin-speaking professional to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, managing contract and sales operations.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate with regional channel partners for transactions, including quotation, signing, invoicing, payment collection, and delivery;
  2. Support channel developers in communication and reception work;
  3. Ensure quality of regional contract business;
  4. Reconcile regional business data and provide feedback;
  5. Handle local administrative operations such as office leasing, decoration, expense reimbursement, vehicle leasing and management, and daily operations (procurement, utilities, network, supplier management);
  6. Assist headquarters with local HR tasks, including interviews, labor contracts, onboarding, attendance, corporate culture training, team building, resignation procedures, and salary accounting.

Contract-related work accounts for approximately 80%, with other responsibilities comprising 20%.

Requirements:

  • Must: Legal background or previous experience in reviewing sales contracts.
  • Previous sales operations experience is a strong plus.
  • HR experience is a plus but not necessary.
