Job Description:

Contract & Sales Operation Specialist / Contract & Sales Operation Manager, based on experience. Mandarin speaking is necessary for this role.

My client is a global leading solar PV manufacturing company and solutions provider, looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mandarin-speaking professional to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, managing contract and sales operations.

  1. Coordinate with regional channel partners for the entire transaction process, including quotation, signing, invoicing, payment collection, delivery, etc;
  2. Support channel developers to complete channel communication and reception work;
  3. Responsible for the quality of regional contract business;
  4. Responsible for regional business data reconciliation and feedback;
  5. Handle local administrative operations, including office leasing, decoration, expense reimbursement, vehicle leasing and management, and daily operations (such as procurement of office supplies, utility payments, network management, supplier management, etc.)
  6. Assist headquarters with local HR tasks, such as arranging interviews, signing labor contracts, onboarding, attendance management, training, team building, resignation procedures, and salary accounting.

Contract-related work accounts for 80%, others 20%.

Requirements:

Must: Legal background or previous experience in reviewing sales contracts.

Previous sales operations experience is a strong plus.

HR experience is a plus but not necessary.
