Job summary

Pinsent Masons is seeking a Legal e‑Biller for our Revenue Control team. Location options include Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester or Glasgow. The role focuses on processing, managing and maintaining electronic billing across multiple client platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with partners, lawyers and the finance team to ensure billing compliance and resolve issues while supporting efficient financial processes in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Previous e‑Billing experience required.
• Experience in high‑volume or complex billing environments.
• Experience with international or multi‑currency billing is advantageous.
• Experience using a practice management system (Aderant or similar).
• Proficient with e‑Billing platforms and associated functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and upload electronic invoices to client e‑Billing platforms.
• Process bills within client timescales.
• Maintain clear logs of processed and rejected invoices.
• Reconcile information between Aderant and client portals.
• Liaise with credit controllers regarding unpaid invoices.
