The role focuses on producing and editing high‑quality legal documents, reports and presentations within tight deadlines, supporting fee earners and internal clients with technical queries and coordinating workflow across locations.

Qualifications

• Must have previous document production experience in a legal environment or advanced Microsoft Word skills in a document production role in other sectors.
• Must possess the confidence and motivation to challenge and improve the way that work is done.
• Technical Skills: Advanced level of skill in all MS Office packages.
• Proven problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Document production to the highest standards within strict deadlines, creating, formatting and updating complex documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Transcribe audio files accurately and efficiently with strong typing skills.
• Troubleshoot textual, graphic and printing issues across packages and ensure edits are correct and clear.
• Assist fee earners with technical queries in packages by telephone, proxy or email.
• Support workflow processes including booking work and negotiating deadlines.
