Our Creative Document Specialists play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the firm’s network offices and legal practice groups worldwide. We are seeking individuals with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining our in-house brand standards. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and creativity, particularly in Microsoft Office (with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite. You will need to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks effectively, and work to tight deadlines without compromising on quality or customer service. Produce all work to the highest standards of accuracy within strict deadlines, including:
Proactively providing support to other Document Specialists across the global network to ensure that peaks and troughs of demand are managed. Promoting effective work practices. Supporting team quality check processes as well as checking own work.
