? Contract: Interim – flexible on both duration (ie. 6-12 months) and compensation (day rate or fixed-term)

What You’ll be Doing:

• Advising on a wide range of structured finance transactions, especially CLOs and derivatives
• Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documentation
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders on cross-border deals
• Providing strategic legal input across multiple matters

What We’re Looking For:

• Significant CLO and/or derivatives experience (private practice or in-house)
• Strong structured finance technical skills
• Ideally senior-level (ex-partner, counsel, or experienced associate)
• Available to start quickly and hit the ground running
