Contract: 6 months, with potential extension

Accuflex is hiring on behalf of an international body backed by multiple countries that funds trade, infrastructure, and economic development across emerging markets.

We are seeking a 3+ PQE solicitor for a 6-month contract to support the execution of innovative trade and supply chain finance products.

What you’ll be doing:

Structuring and executing complex trade finance and supply chain deals
Drafting and negotiating legal documentation across jurisdictions
Advising on legal and commercial aspects of product development in emerging markets
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive delivery of strategic finance initiatives

What we’re looking for:

3+ years’ PQE with strong experience in trade finance and supply chain law
Ability to structure and document cross-border finance transactions
Exposure to development finance, emerging markets, or multilateral institutions is a distinct advantage
Immediate availability – we need someone to start ASAP
