The Role
In this role, you will report to an experienced General Counsel, taking on a diverse range of in-house legal responsibilities and providing advice to various stakeholders within the business.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of B2B and B2C contracts, including NDA's and supplier contracts, as well as overseeing data protection and regulatory compliance (DSAR's). Additionally, you will offer legal advice to HR and Finance departments, ensuring that terms and conditions, templates, and processes align with evolving legal developments.
Your role will also involve assessing legal risks, ensuring compliance, and providing guidance on potential issues the business may face.
