Job summary

Neutral Street in Greater London is seeking a UK-qualified corporate lawyer to provide legal advice on corporate transactions, trading agreements, and intellectual property.

You will draft, review and negotiate ISDAs and prime brokerage agreements, advise on IP protection for proprietary software, and help with employment law and regulatory changes in the financial industry.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent law degree with active bar admission.
• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house at a financial institution.
• Experience with derivatives and trading agreements.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business advice.
