Job summary

Kingsley Green Recruitment, on behalf of a client, seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to join their in-house team in the United Kingdom. You will provide practical, commercially focused advice across a broad range of business activities.

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial, supplier, partnership, technology, licensing and other agreements, while supporting marketing, regulatory and IP matters. You will manage external counsel and assist with due diligence and post-completion matters

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' post-qualification experience with strong commercial contract experience.
• Confident negotiating and advising in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across levels.
• Collaborative, organised and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting senior lawyers and supervising junior team members.
