We're hiring on behalf of a top-tier global investment management firm looking for a Junior Legal Consultant to join their Alternatives legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer (or soon-to-qualify) with a strong interest in investment management and commercial contracts.

About the Role:

You'll support early-stage deal activity by drafting and negotiating contracts such as NDAs, consultancy agreements, and engagement letters. You’ll also assist with compliance processes related to Material Nonpublic Information and work closely with lawyers, portfolio managers, and external counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs and other early-stage legal documents
• Support internal legal workflows and approval processes
• Help manage MNPI-related procedures and documentation
• Maintain contract templates and assist with document tracking

What You’ll Bring:

• Law degree (or GDL), ideally NQ or up to 1 year PQE
• Contract drafting/negotiation experience (training contract or paralegal background welcomed)
• Interest in financial services and working in a fast-paced legal team
