Job description

Salt is seeking a capable Social Listening Insight Specialist for a minimum of 12 months to work within the wider team, helping to unlock key insights to drive growth. You will present actionable recommendations directly to key stakeholders.

Contract Details

• 12-month+ freelance contract
• Fully remote working, with occasional visits to the London office welcomed

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the insights team to translate briefs into analytical projects and conduct analysis using in-house tools to derive insights.
2. Analyze digital touchpoints, including social listening and analytics.
3. Provide qualitative and quantitative insights to inform brand, marketing strategy, digital content, communications, and product development.
4. Build and test queries on in-house tools and create visualizations, primarily in PowerPoint.

Requirements

1. Experience in digital insights, especially social listening.
2. Exposure to tools such as YouScan.
