Job summary

Le candidat idéal est un avocat qualifié, indépendant et capable de travailler dans un environnement rapide sur des questions de gouvernance, de politique et de conformité. Ce rôle offre des responsabilités importantes dans la gestion des risques réglementaires et des cadres de conformité.

Qualifications

• Avocat qualifié avec 4 à 8 ans PQE.
• Expérience en gestion de gouvernance et de conformité.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement international.

Responsibilities

• Maintenir et faire évoluer les cadres de gouvernance et de conformité du client.
• Diriger les domaines tels que les sanctions, l'anti-corruption et les risques réglementaires.
• Soutenir sur la gouvernance de l'IA et le risque réglementaire.

We are currently recruiting for a privacy or compliance professional to undertake a specific project with a client in the technology sector. This role will entail:

• Maintaining and evolve the client's governance and compliance frameworks
• Lead on areas such as sanctions, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and other core risk areas.
• Support on global privacy, AI governance, and regulatory risk

If you are hands on and commercial individual with a track record in governance and policy management then please get in touch to discuss further. The level of responsibility offered is best suited to a qualified lawyer with 4-8 year PQE.
