Are you a commercial lawyer looking for an in-house flexible role where you can work from home?

Arbuthnot Yon has an opportunity for a lawyer to join a national retail business which is going through an exciting period of change. They are looking to expand their legal team to support this growth.

This role offers the chance to advise on a variety of commercial legal matters, including contracts, technology, data protection, and compliance.

As part of an established in-house team, you will draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements, working closely with business colleagues. You will also oversee broader legal issues such as technology agreements, data protection, IP, compliance, and disputes, with support from external law firms as needed.

We seek commercial lawyers with at least 4 years’ PQE, gained in-house or in private practice.
