This role involves advising on a variety of commercial legal matters, focusing on commercial contracts, projects, technology, data protection, and compliance.

You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements, working closely with business colleagues, and overseeing legal areas like technology agreements, data protection, IP, compliance, and disputes, with support from external law firms as needed.

We seek commercial lawyers with at least 4 years’ PQE, gained in-house or in private practice.
