Are you a commercial lawyer looking for an in-house flexible role where you can work from home?

Arbuthnot Yon has an exciting opportunity for a lawyer to join a national retail business undergoing growth and change. They are expanding their legal team to support this growth.

This role offers variety, advising on commercial legal matters, focusing on contracts, projects, technology, data protection, and compliance areas.

You will be part of an established in-house team, responsible for drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements, technology agreements, data protection, IP issues, compliance, and disputes, with support from external law firms as needed.

We seek commercial lawyers with at least 4 years’ PQE, gained in-house or in private practice.
