Hogan Lovells in London is seeking a Revenue Controller to own the end-to-end revenue cycle for allocated practice groups and clients. You will manage WIP, billing, accounts receivable and cash collection, reporting to the Credit Manager and London Billing Manager.

The role requires strong Excel and data-analysis skills, experience in law-firm or professional-services revenue control, and the ability to work within a hybrid London setup with some homeworking.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in revenue control within a law firm or professional-services sector.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle: WIP, billing, AR, cash collection.
• Experience using a legal finance system and strong Excel/data-analysis skills.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end revenue cycle for allocated practice groups and clients.
• Conduct regular WIP and aged-debt reviews with actions and timescales.
• Monitor WIP, invoices, disbursements and unapplied cash, identify risks.
• Maintain billing/collection forecasts and support working-capital targets.
• Collaborate with Billing, eBilling, Cashiers and other finance teams to ensure timely, compliant invoices.
• Manage collection of outstanding invoices, resolve queries and escalate issues.
• Produce/analyze WIP, billing, debt and cash reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements.
