Cancer Research UK is seeking a highly organised Legacy Operations Executive to support Legacy Proposition activities and maintain data quality. You will handle financial administration, supporter records, and respond to enquiries from internal teams and external partners.
You will contribute to process improvements, ensure accurate documentation, and support Will Writing Service tasks while working with colleagues across departments in a hybrid Stratford-based role.
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 plus benefits

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Location: Stratford, London with limited flexibility (minimum 2 days per week in the office every Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Working collaboratively across departments, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our legacy operations run efficiently, maintaining high standards of data quality, financial administration and supporter service while helping to improve processes and drive operational excellence. You’ll act with professionalism and care, building strong relationships with colleagues, supporters and external stakeholders to help maximise the impact of gifts left in Wills.
