Job summary

Mundipharma Cambridge is seeking a fixed-term technician to sustain routine manufacturing in legacy suites during the Manufacturing Expansion Training Workstream. You will support targets, maintain 5S, and collaborate with Engineering and Quality to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on continuity of production during the transition, with responsibilities limited to the legacy area and associated activities required to protect supply and maintain KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 GCSEs of grade C or above in Maths & English (or equivalent).
• Preferred: A level or above (or equivalent).
• GMP background is required.
• Experience in cleaning or servicing production equipment is desirable.
• Preferred: Process equipment maintenance.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Cell Leads to achieve production targets within legacy assets and area.
• Ensure tasks for the oncoming shift are completed and ready to start from a good position.
• Maintain 5S and workplace management in good order and prepare parts for changeovers.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem solving to develop process knowledge.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor KPI delivery including Changeover time, run speed, downtime and losses.
