Job summary

Bard Pharmaceuticals Limited in Cambridge is seeking a Manufacturing Technician on a fixed-term project. You will support legacy production areas, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain continuity of supply during the manufacturing expansion programme.

This role focuses on safe operations, accurate documentation, quality control, and teamwork, with training for new expansion assets handled separately. The position ends with the completion of the project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 GCSEs (Maths and English) or equivalent.
• A-Level qualifications or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of process equipment maintenance and validation activities.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production targets across legacy manufacturing areas.
• Ensure activities are completed safely and per procedures.
• Prepare equipment and areas for shift handovers and readiness.
• Maintain production continuity through teamwork and prioritisation.
• Raise issues affecting production quality or performance promptly.
