Job summary

Bard Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a fixed-term project at our Cambridge site. The role supports routine manufacturing within legacy production areas, ensuring targets, quality and safety are met while the expansion project is underway.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to maintain continuity, perform routine equipment prep, and uphold GMP compliance within a highly regulated pharmaceutical setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong understanding of GMP principles and quality systems.
• Background in 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Support legacy manufacturing operations to maintain production targets.
• Prepare equipment, materials and changeover readiness for shifts.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to resolve issues.
• Ensure documentation and batch records are accurate and complete.
