Job summary

St Lukes Hospice in Harrow seeks an experienced Community Fundraiser to lead fundraising activities and manage a key programme. You will develop campaigns that build long-lasting relationships with supporters and generate sustainable income for the hospice.

As part of the team, you will collaborate with various departments to create innovative fundraising strategies and exceptional supporter journeys, focusing on compassion and community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering community fundraising campaigns or products.
• Strong supporter stewardship experience, ideally including In Memory fundraising.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and analysing supporter data.
• A collaborative approach and passion for delivering excellent supporter experiences.

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning, delivery and evaluation of community fundraising campaigns.
• Managing and developing the In Memory fundraising programme.
• Creating engaging supporter stewardship journeys.
• Monitoring income, activity and performance data.
• Working collaboratively to deliver integrated fundraising activity.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practice.
