QED Legal is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for its Leeds office. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, including sales/purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload, excellent client care and communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach within a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Process remortgages.
• Handle transfers of equity.
• Work on new build transactions.
• Assist with shared ownership matters (desirable but not essential).
