Qualifications

• Previous scheduling, planning, or dispatch experience.
• Experience within wastewater, drainage, utilities, transport, logistics, tanker operations, or field services.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Confidence using scheduling and operational systems.
• A customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling wastewater tanker operations across a busy service area.
• Managing driver workloads and vehicle utilisation to maximise efficiency.
• Responding to urgent and reactive customer requirements.
• Coordinating directly with operations managers, drivers, customers, and field teams.
• Monitoring job progress and making real-time adjustments when priorities change.
• Supporting SLAs and operational KPIs.
• Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, utilisation, and customer service.
