Job summary

Lettings Negotiator role in Leeds, full-time, Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, with some peak-time flexibility. Salary £25,000 - £28,000 DOE plus bonus. You will engage with customers face-to-face, by phone, email and social platforms to drive viewings and tenancy agreements.

The role requires excellent organisation, time management and a full driving licence to access the company pool car during office hours. A dynamic team awaits in this busy market.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Educated to GCSE level as a minimum requirement.
• Previous exposure to the lettings sector is beneficial.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable.
• Good IT skills with Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to use bespoke systems.
• High numeracy and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service face to face, by phone, email and social platforms.
• Facilitate property viewings and liaise with prospective tenants.
• Handle inquiries, take payments, and issue applications.
• Maintain website portals, adverts, and amendments.
• Coordinate safe face-to-face viewings for student and professional lets.
• Manage viewings/appointments and convert them into tenancy agreements.
• Assist with contracts and rent breakdowns and explain contractual obligations.
