Job summary

VANCARE LTD in Leeds is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join our busy, independent workshop. You will service, repair and diagnose light commercial vehicles and perform MOT testing if qualified, contributing to a high standard of workmanship.

Based in a clean, modern workshop, the role offers a structured environment with opportunities for overtime and a supportive team. Full UK driving licence required; NVQ Level 3 or equivalent expected.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• MOT Tester qualification is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repairs and diagnostics on light commercial vehicles (LCVs).
• Class 4 & Class 7 MOT testing (if qualified).
• Use Mercedes Star, Delphi and Hella Gutmann diagnostic systems.
