You will support phonics-based learning, maintain high behavioural standards, and collaborate with teachers to meet the needs of diverse pupils while adhering to safeguarding requirements.

Qualifications

• Recent, verifiable UK primary school Teaching Assistant experience.
• Strong phonics background with frameworks such as Read Write Inc, Jolly Phonics or Little Wandle.
• Solid knowledge of the EYFS and/or KS1 curriculum.
• Valid enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to apply.
• Outstanding behaviour management and proactive, warm approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the classroom teacher and diverse pupil needs.
• Maintain positive classroom behaviour and engagement.
• Collaborate with schools across the Leeds area.
• Adapt to daily supply, short-term, and long-term roles.
