Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is the minimum.
• Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning is desirable.
• Knowledge of Conduct of Business (COBS) and Code of Conduct (COCON) is essential.
• Minimum 2 years advisory experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' objectives and provide comprehensive financial planning solutions.
• Provide high‑quality ongoing financial advice to clients.
• Undertake internal and external business development to identify new prospects and convert them to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge relevant to the role.
• Help achieve individual revenue targets and build a strong professional network.
• Attend events to develop relationships and generate opportunities.
