Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' PQE in corporate law.
• Experience advising on corporate transactions, with M&A experience essential.
• Excellent technical knowledge and strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage workload independently while supporting on complex transactions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and develop across the corporate practice area.
• Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing, market-leading team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and international transactions.
• Support clients on private equity investments, restructures and broader corporate advisory matters.
• Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision; assist senior lawyers on larger deals.
• Handle transactions typically ranging from £5 million to £100 million+.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; provide commercially focused legal advice.
• Collaborate across the firm to deliver multi-disciplinary advice; participate in networking and business development.
