Blue Arrow in Leeds is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget. The role is a minimum 10-month temporary contract with standard office hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

You will coordinate contractors and site teams, develop schedules and manage risks while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualificações

• Experience as Construction Project Manager or similar.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage construction projects throughout all phases of delivery.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct site visits and quality inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
