Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Leeds seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead site Environmental Health, Safety & Sustainability initiatives. You will ensure compliance with local and corporate EHS&S regulations, manage a direct report, and drive objectives aligned with business goals.

You will develop training strategies, maintain ISO 14001, and partner with internal stakeholders and external manufacturers to enhance safety and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of EH&S related experience.
• NEBOSH Certificate required; Diploma preferred.
• Medical device manufacturing regulatory oversight desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office and dashboards for reporting.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site EHS&S compliance and sustainability programs.
• Manage one direct report and conduct performance management.
• Develop and implement EHS&S objectives and dashboards.
• Lead communication with Site Leadership Team.
• Maintain ISO 14001 certification across the site.
• Collaborate with external manufacturers and contractors.
