Job summary

DePuy Synthes Leeds, part of Johnson & Johnson, seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead site Environmental Health, Safety & Sustainability efforts, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement. You will manage a team, develop action plans, maintain ISO 14001, and collaborate with plant leadership to align EHS with business goals.

NEBOSH certification and 10+ years in EHS are required; some travel may be limited.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• NEBOSH Certificate required; NEBOSH Diploma preferred.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated industry.
• Proficient in MS Office and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS&S at the Leeds site and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement EHS&S programs and dashboards for management.
• Manage EHS&S staff and consultants, coaching and development.
• Maintain ISO 14001 certification and drive continuous improvement.
