About you
You must be an experienced Registered Nurse with experience in various settings. Teaching and assessing experience in a university or clinical setting is advantageous, demonstrating your ability to work across pre-registration curriculum levels 4, 5, and 6.
The role prefers individuals with community, private, and voluntary sector experience, though all practice areas are welcome. An interest in anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology, especially related to long-term conditions, is beneficial.
You should have effective communication, digital, and organizational skills.
The candidate must demonstrate current understanding of NMC student proficiencies and contemporary nursing practice. Experience in teaching and assessment is preferred but support and development are available.
