We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Lecturer in Plumbing to join our team. You will teach and assess learners across a range of Plumbing programmes, from Entry Level to Level 3, supporting both young people and adult learners. You will use your industry knowledge and practical experience to deliver engaging, high-quality teaching that helps learners develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve their qualifications and progress in their chosen careers.
You will be a qualified Plumber with relevant hands‑on experience within the Plumbing industry and a passion for sharing your knowledge with learners. You will hold a relevant teaching or training qualification, such as DTTLS or PGCE, and ideally an A1 Assessor Award, with the V1 Award being desirable. You will be organised, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team, with experience of developing assessment plans and schemes of work. You will also demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding, equality and diversity, and supporting all learners to achieve their potential.
