In this impactful role, you will prepare, deliver, and assess high-quality, inclusive teaching and learning for learners enrolled on CATCH programmes, ensuring every student enjoys an outstanding experience and achieves positive progression.
You will play a vital role in supporting young people who have previously been NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training), as well as those who have faced barriers such as disadvantage, low confidence, SEND needs, or disrupted educational journeys.
As a Lecturer - Inclusion, you will create and deliver an engaging, responsive curriculum that develops essential employability skills, contextualised Maths and English, preparation for adulthood, independence, and personal growth.
